3 Month Program

  • In-depth Health Assessment: A 90 minute initial consultation video call to discuss your health history, current health concerns, and health and wellness goals

  • Nutritional Questionnaire: Before and after symptom based nutritional assessments that provides a full body analysis of recent or current symptoms.

  • 12 Weekly Food Journal Review: The completion of a daily journal that will cover areas of diet, supplements, hydration, movement, mood & energy levels as well as digestive functions will be reviewed weekly to adjust protocol.

  • Functional Lab Review & Customized Protocol: A 90 minute video call to review lab results and discuss your healing protocol. We use functional lab testing in our protocol creation to assess areas of dysfunction, NOT to diagnose. Included in review is 1-2 labs.

  • 3 - 30 minute Follow Up consultations calls to provide additional clarification, support along the way, celebrating success, or making adjustments to protocol.

  • Unlimited email and messaging support through my secure HIPAA-compliant client portal, Practice Better. Allow 48 hour response time.

Each client needs different labs at different times during the program so integrating this flexibility makes our program customizable towards addressing each clients individual health concerns.
